More Nike

We were tasked to create awareness and engagement around the RISE of women’s basketball as well as the 50th year anniversary of both Nike and TITLE IX. As a result, we hosted an all-female event with consumers across NYC and New Jersey.

The day included a female panel featuring two former NCAA/Pro Basketball players, as well as Nike Trainer Lauren Schramm, where we discussed the history of TITLE IX, its connection to Nike’s 50th year anniversary, and the trials and tribulations of being a female athlete both at the college- and professional level, as well as advice for our young athletes.

Following the panel, we surprised our guests with a gear up to get them ready for their skills- and drills session, and ended the day with a breath-work session with our Nike Trainer, before we had fun with a photo booth and lunch.

THE RISE OF HER

During Super Bowl LIV in Miami, NBHD teamed up with the NA Women's team to globally launch the Nike Air Max Verona in partnership with UNKNWN. In an effort to elevate and redefine sneaker culture for Her, we partnered with female creatives of Miami to deliver inclusive, active, and meaningful experiences designed for Her, but open to all.

SUPER BOWL x UNKNWN

The goal was to create buzz, and excitement for Nike Running and our grassroots partners.

Our strategy focused on preparing six Nike Miami run club pacers in their journey to run 26.2 miles for the first time – and participate in the Chicago marathon. Thereby we hoped that they could in turn inspire local runners to participate in the Miami half marathon.

Every week, the Nike Miami run club pacers led thousands of runners at two of the biggest public run crews in the world – the Brickell and South Beach Run clubs.

The numbers are grew weekly and changed the Miami running scene – from one of only fitness to accomplishing an athletic goal. A big reason for that shift was thanks to the run club pacers who led and inspired every week.

Supporting these leaders in the community was invaluable and there was a clear connection between the energy and inspiration from their Chicago marathon journey to the excitement and signups for the Miami marathon.

We continued the journey to the Miami half marathon, creating that same inspiration in their own hometown.

MISSION 305:

CHICAGO & MIAMI MARATHON

JOYRIDE

Together with the the Nike Miami retail team, and South Beach Run Club we were assigned to highlight the launch of Nike Joyride. The launch was focused on the design of the shoe which was: celebration, community, culture and of course enjoyment.

The night started at Nike Miami with a welcome and intro to Joyride by Frankie Ruiz, and Lia Porcelli. Following, the crowds gathered for a 2,5mi run that was led by a Lamborghini through the streets of Miami. The run ended at the iconic 1111 parking garage where the celebration continued.

The runners were able to enjoy a variety of festivities from the
sounds of Miami Heat DJ to photo booths, and custom Joyride creations, thanks to all our local Miami partners. It was an unforgettable night filled with laughter, community and running.
